Russell Crawford is a visual journalist and photographer based in Austin, Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in May, 2024.
Russell decided to pursue a career in photography when he travelled to the Czech Republic to study documentary photography with Dennis Darling. Since then, he has worked as a fellow for the Downtown Austin Alliance and as a visuals intern for KUT.
